Profile: Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC) was founded in 1992 for the purpose of organizing and managing low-income housing tax credit equity funds in North Carolina. Since then, CAHEC has raised and invested millions of dollars in low-income housing tax credit developments.
