Georgia State Trade Association of Nonprofit Developers

The Georgia State Trade Association of Nonprofit Developers (G-STAND) was started by a dedicated alliance of not-for-profit housing developers and their supporters to represent the needs and concerns of the affordable housing industry, and especially to increase the production of not-for-profit developers in the State of Georgia. G-STAND is governed by a 15-person board of directors with its office in Atlanta, Georgia.

G-STAND’s initial support came from grants and generous contributions from Enterprise Community Partners, NeighborWorks America, Bank of America, BB&T, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, and the Chilanta Foundation.
